We enjoyed good and amazing location.
The rooms were large equipped with bath, excellent hot shower, for example. Location: the hotel was near the tourist attractions in the Medina, super close to most things in the city, and the Jemaa El Fna. The public parking was nearby, outstanding service.

the rooftop terrace is the perfect spot for breakfast, with its stunning details and beautiful views. the staff, particularly Hassan, were incredibly polite and eager to assist with any requests. They even arranged transportation to and from the airport, making my trip much easier. the riad itself is a peaceful escape from the bustling city center, with comfortable rooms and a warm and caring atmosphere. I highly recommend Riad Tizwa for a memorable stay in Marrakech. Cons: Nothing to mention 🙁.
